Terms & ConditionsWe are a wholesale supplier and will only deal with company’s who provide an A.B.N.By placing an order you agree to accept these terms and conditions and be bound by them. GST will be charged on all orders. Likco distribution has a minimum order value of $600.00 ex GST to qualify for freight free delivery*. Orders of less than $600.00 and orders to some remote areas will attract up to a $20.00 handling and freight charge. Supply will be on a proforma basis unless an account has previously been established. Proforma invoices will be held for a maximum of 7 days. Goods will remain the property of Likco Distribution until paid for in full. Deliveries are made ex-warehouse. Likco Distribution will not be responsible for delays in delivery, non- delivery loss or damage in transit. Insurance may be arranged at the purchaser’s expense, if requested. Returns will not be accepted unless arrangements have been made in advance. You must contact us to arrange a return authorization. We may refuse to accept non-authorized returns. All discrepancies must be notified within 7 days of invoice. We will accept credit card payments of accounts only if made within 14 days of invoice. Accounts are strictly 30 days from invoice date. We reserve the right to impose a 3% fee on overdue accounts. Credit will be withheld on accounts that have overdue balances and future credit arrangements may be denied. Goods not supplied will automatically be placed on backorder and delivered when available at our expense. * Freight free delivery does not apply to some remote areas. |
